About me
I have been a professional cook for over 30 years and have spent my working life in restaurants, hotels and pubs throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. I started catering directly to the public in 1985 when I was running a delicatessen and sandwich bar in Newbury, Berkshire. I have catered all types of events over the years and I have just one goal in mind: that is to provide you with the best possible food I can create together with a happy and stress-free service.
I have developed my business to include cooking in clients’ homes for weekend house parties including birthdays or events and shooting party weekends. I am also able to join you at your holiday home where I am happy to do all the meal planning, shopping and cooking, giving you the ultimate relaxing holiday experience.
I like to work closely with my clients to help you plan and create the perfect special event however large, small or crazy it might be! I am there to make your ideas become a reality from the perfect canape at the start to the petit fours at the end and all that goes in between.
